We are very confident in our products and are more than happy to let you return most of our items within 30 days from the date you received your order. You will be responsible for return shipping and the item will need to be returned in its original packaging. Your refund amount will be the total order value less shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable. In most cases, we can use our discounted shipping prices to create a return label, but some situations may warrant you having to create the return shipping label yourself.
All furniture and art sales are final. Some of our items (like rugs and lighting) are subject to a 15% restocking fee upon return. Some items have additional rules related to our general 30 day return window policy.
