Cancellations and Changes

All cancellations and changes must be requested within 2 hours from the time the order is placed.  

Returns


We want you to love your order from Industrial Farm Co. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Custom sizes or custom orders are non-returnable.

  • Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition. Returns received with chips, dents, or other damage are not eligible for a refund.

  • Please ensure your item is properly packed with foam and paper padding to prevent damage during return transit.

  • If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an insufficient address, missing mail receptacle, or any other delivery issue, the customer is responsible for the cost to reship the item.

The Industrial Farm Co "Return Form", which you can contact us for a copy for, must be returned with items. Failure to include form will result in your return not being accepted.

Restocking Fee 

For all returns of standard orders, there is a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds 

All refunds will be made after returned items are received.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail your product to: Industrial Farm Co, 5050 Smoral Road, Camillus NY 13031, United States

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The easiest and fastest way to do an exchange is to order the new size you need and return to old ones. Once we get your return with the filled out return form (included in the booklet) we will refund you minus the restocking fee.
