CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM SIZES?
Absolutely! Since every piece is handcrafted right here in our shop (never factory imported), we can create custom brackets, shelves, and hooks tailored to your needs. Just send us a message with the details—dimensions, color, application, and any special requests—and we'll take it from there.
DO YOU OFFER QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we offer a discount on orders of 10 or more. Please contact us with your information before you order and we can assist you.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
All our products are made from high-quality steel and handcrafted in our New York workshop. We never use factory imports, ensuring each piece meets our quality standards.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Standard Weight Items: All standard weight items will ship within 7-10 days. Shipping speed refers to how quickly your order will ship once it leaves our warehouse, not once the order is placed.
Shipping times will depend on the UPS shipping carrier - with expected delivery 3-4 days from the date your order was processed. All shipping will be via ground.
Please check shipping times with www.UPS.com or USPS.com. Our company is very confident in the UPS/USPS system and we have had much success shipping with both.
Special Custom Orders, Oversized & Large Size Items: Special custom order, oversized orders or products over 60 lbs may require freight shipping. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
HOW IS SHIPPING CHARGED?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled, type of shipping service, and any handling fees that apply.
We have added additional shipping costs to the shipping prices in checkout which match our shipping experience. An exact price cannot be calculated at checkout due to seasonal or other influences with the freight carriers.
IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN SHIPPING ACCOUNT?
If you have a UPS or FEDEX shipping account, please create a customer account and we will accommodate your shipping requirements. Fill in your shipping information and we will ship per your instructions.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We use USPS, UPS or truck freight carrier to ship your orders to you.
If the order is shipped by freight carrier, the package is too heavy to be shipped by standard shipping carrier. You will need a mechanical way to move the package. There is a liftgate at the back of the truck that lowers the package to the ground level. Then it has to be moved into your home or office.
If the order is over 70 lbs, or more than 1 item is bought, this order might be shipped by freight carrier. We will contact you within 24 hrs to give you an exact quote if there is any difference in the shipping price.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES?
UPS will not ship to P.O. Box addresses. USPS will accept P.O Box addresses.
CAN I SHIP MY ITEM TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Absolutely. You will be able to ship to another address during the checkout process. Please enter the proper address, as we are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses. One address per order.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You will receive an automatic email after your order has been placed with your order number and invoice. We require a valid email so that you receive this information and can contact you with any difficulties with your submission of your order.
Important: Some email services may screen emails and our confirmation email may go to your SPAM folder. Please add us to your address book to avoid this.
If you add your mobile number at checkout, we can send you a SMS message with your information.
WHAT IS A LIFT-GATE CHARGE?
If you do not have the equipment to offload certain overweight items from the delivery truck, a truck with a lift gate must be assigned for delivery of your order and additional charges will apply. The lift-gate charge covers the cost of this special delivery.
A freight company usually contacts you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to make lift-gate arrangements. Please ensure your order has a valid daytime phone number or voicemail box set-up.
INSTALLATION & CARE
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MOUNT OUR BRACKETS?
We always recommend mounting our brackets into studs, especially if you plan to put anything heavy on your shelves. If you can't hit a stud, you can use drywall anchors. However, in that case be careful about how much weight you put on the shelf.
When mounting brackets with support bars, we suggest using a hex head screw and wrench to secure. You can put the screw into the bracket and walk it into the wall. If you need any additional help, please reach out to us! We are happy to answer your questions.
DO YOU SUPPLY MOUNTING HARDWARE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?
Since we never know what material our clients are mounting our products on, we would hate to send out the wrong screw type/length needed. We are happy to give you suggestions, however we always recommend consulting a professional installer if you are unsure how to mount them or if they are installed correctly.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY METAL PRODUCT ONCE I HAVE RECEIVED IT?
Over time, most metal will oxidize or "rust". The rate at which this happens varies and depends on the environment and level of humidity. Since our customers' preferences vary, if you choose to leave the steel raw, we recommend using a dry Scotch Brite pad or steel wool to remove any visible "rust" as it occurs. Some customers paint our products with rust-protecting paint, like Rustoleum, or they use beeswax to coat the metal to help prevent "rusting".
WHAT WEIGHT CAPACITY DO YOUR BRACKETS SUPPORT?
Weight capacity varies by bracket size and mounting method. When properly mounted into wall studs, our brackets can support substantial weight. Contact us with your specific bracket model and intended use for detailed weight specifications.
CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE USED OUTDOORS?
Yes, our steel products can be used outdoors. However, exposure to weather will accelerate the natural oxidation process. We recommend applying a protective coating like Rustoleum or beeswax for outdoor applications.
RETURNS & DAMAGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please contact us at help@industrialfarmco.com before returning any items. Custom-made products may not be eligible for return. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable.
FREIGHT SHIPMENTS DAMAGE AND LOSS
Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Freight delivery shipments often encounter rough handling resulting in damage or loss. The shipment must be thoroughly inspected before signing the delivery document, including inspecting for concealed damage.
Damaged shipments must be refused or notated on the delivery document.
CLAIMS
The receiver must inspect the shipment prior to releasing the carrier. We are not responsible for damaged or lost product. Freight claims for lost or damaged freight must be filed with the carrier and clearly noted on Bills of Lading when receiving shipments. Although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify us immediately so that we may be of assistance.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, but international sales must be approved and paid in full prior to shipment.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES AND DUTIES?
Shipping and handling does not include any broker fees, customs fees, tariffs, or taxes imposed on shipments entering the destination country, nor is Industrial Farm Co liable for payment of them. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Important: Undeliverable packages or packages that go unclaimed by the customer will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping should your package return to us.
INTERNATIONAL HEAVY ORDERS
All orders shipping outside the continental US and heavier than 70 lbs cannot be placed through our online service. Please contact us and we will work with you to get your order to you safely and quickly.
