Very pleased to find a bracket that I could have confidence in holding 9’ , 8x8 hand hewn beam from my father’s century+ barn. Five brackets were recommended. Only my basement craft room had a blank wall long enough for the beam! I’m happy with the result, although our studs did not allow for even spacing.
Fabulous and versatile bracket. I purchased the 4” and 5” brackets to support steel trays in our cabin kitchen. I used 4 of the 4” brackets to secure a large pine log bunk bed structure to the walls.
